Travis is a native of Apalachicola, a sleepy little fishing village on the Gulf of Mexico in the Florida Panhandle. He earned his bachelor’s degree in business from the University of South Florida while simultaneously working his way up through management in the United Parcel Service Corporation. Lured away from UPS by the promise of travel, he then found his true gift as a salesman working as a representative of a major medical insurance company. He was based out of Tampa, but flying each week to Washington, D.C. and Detroit. After several years of this hectic lifestyle, and while sitting in a never- ending traffic jam, he had a revelation: “Most people work their whole lives to end up in a place like I grew up“, he thought. So he packed up and returned to his hometown of Apalachicola in 1994, and began his real estate career selling beach-front homes on St. George Island. With 30+ years of experience in the North Florida real estate market, Travis has an extensive knowledge of the areas best investment opportunities. An avid outdoorsman, and a licensed boat captain, if you don’t catch Travis in the middle of a sale, he’s probably fishing or hunting with family & friends!
